  • Tomme Sheehan - CEO & CTO

    is the CEO and Founder of RealBusiness.AI, where he leads platform architecture, AI system design, and technical strategy. A veteran systems engineer, Tomme led the team behind Windows 95 and 98 at Microsoft and later held senior roles at Sun Microsystems and Johnson Controls, designing SCADA, automation, and decision-support systems for critical infrastructure and defense. Over his career, he has founded and exited more than a dozen ventures—including Netbrowser, IDC, FXA, and Modius—with acquisitions by Oracle, BEA Systems, and Hyperion. His expertise spans operating systems, cybersecurity, systems modeling, and applied AI, with a focus on building platforms that deliver intelligent, scalable outcomes.

  • Parmjit Kang - CFO

    is Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of RealBusiness.AI, where he leads financial strategy, capital planning, and investor relations. He brings over 20 years of experience at the intersection of finance and technology. Parm began his career at JPMorgan Chase and BNY Mellon before co-founding two venture-backed startups and serving as General Partner at a bi-coastal early-stage venture fund. He has guided more than 40 startups through scaling, capital raises from Pre-Seed to Series C, and successful exits. Parm holds a BSc from UCLA , a MSc from LSE, and a MBA from Yale, combining institutional expertise with entrepreneurial execution to ensure RealBusiness.AI scales with both ambition and discipline.

    is our Chief Commercial Officer overseeing global revenue, go-to-market strategy, branding, and partnerships at RealBusiness.AI. She holds degrees in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University and a Pg.D. in Differential Psychology from the University of Edinburgh. Her career spans strategy roles at Accenture, Kurt Salmon, JPMorgan, and Founders Intelligence; scaling EdTech unicorn Crimson Education across Europe; and founding or advising ventures in health, longevity, impact, AI, and deep tech. She is also the founder of Y42, a go-to-market consultancy known for blending analytical rigor with creative range to drive growth across emerging and enterprise markets.

A 4x founder and genomics pioneer, Gina invented the healthy gummy bear, launched the first DNA-based, gender-specific weight loss platform, and built a health intelligence company acquired by a leading telemedicine firm. She has advised F500s and research labs on personalized, data-driven care, with expertise in translational science, systems biology, and the full continuum of care

    is a product visionary and two-time exited founder with a 30-year track record at the intersection of storytelling, behavioral design, and interactive tech. After a formative stint at MIT Media Lab, he founded Apple-backed educational software companies and led multiple ventures in gaming, healthcare, and enterprise UX, including Spiral Solutions and Rezilient.
